Phase 1 of the dmux-style cockpit plan: extend the sidebar shortcut block to include `[l]ogs` and `[p]rojects`, add matching cockpit modes with placeholder render panels, and route the `l`/`p` keys to them. `p` only opens projects when no lane is selected so the existing pane menu PR action is preserved on selected lanes.
